Nick’s nickname is “Schmaltzy”… His brother, Jordan, is a former professional hockey player and played parts of three NHL seasons with St. Louis… His father Mike (1988-90), uncle Marc (1988-91) and uncle Monte (1992-93) all lettered in football at North Dakota… Nick enjoys golf, and Tiger Woods is his favorite athlete… Breaking Bad is his favorite TV show, and Remember the Titans is his favorite sports movie… He says Post Malone was the best concert he has attended… Steve Yzerman was his hockey idol growing up.
